abandon ship? I've been a deck-hand for just over a year: however, it seems to me that the captain and the engine room are not in contact, and we're sinking!

Give Ed and Techies their due, they are trying to improve the site and if it worked properly it would be great, but there are just so many blipps,it would be best to abandon it - as you say.
