Help for charity quiz

Doing 100 answer cryptic quiz for charity with all answers relating to money. Stuck on several including :-
'Anthem composed about no 50 was heartless (3,3,3); 'an insignificant person is wedged in a crowd - and I prattle on regardless' (9) and 'sailor takes cannabis at poker game' (7).
Any ideas, please?

Thanks for help (amazing how easy solutions you've been trying to get for months appear when other people give them).

Quiz is 6 monthly one (new charity each time) organised by M.Stringer (01279651549) who welcome new entants for their distribution list.

As has been stated, closing date is today. I took longer than I intended to post on Answer Bank but another month or so awaiting official answer list would have been unbearable!
