I own a static caravan which I was wanting to sell. I was told by the site warden that it was too old to be sold as it is 21 yrs old ( I have only had it for 4 years) , he said it would more than likely have to come off site at the end of the current season. In order to take it off site I have to pay him 250 as stated in the site rules. I have never signed any kind of agreement or contract so do I have to adhere to the owners rules and regulations???

By the time you've paid a couple of hundred to shift it, is a 21 year old van worth more than 450?
yes you do have to adhere to their Site Rules - it is their property your aravan is parked on. If you dont agree to the Site Rules, then they could surely turf you off anyway?
