I am Sales & Marketing Director of a company with share options. For the past year I believe I have been subjected to a campaign of isolation and unfair treatment by the CEO. He is now suggesting the company will undertake a restructure and I am to be made redundant. In my view this is a contrivance to get rid of me. Do I have a case here for Constructive dismissal or unfair selection for redundancy or some other recourse?
