I was driving to Kidderminster the other day on the A449 and all the road works signs were in Welsh.
Kidderminster is well inside England for the geographically challenged.
Keeps sign writers busy I suppose.

I'm Welsh, watched this on local news & p****d myself. I'm not welsh speaking, & obviously those who say they are who work in local gvt aren't either. The local government spends �1000's in unnecessary bilingual signs which are irrelevant & transposed by idiots. Get rid of the lot & save the Welsh Assembly a fortune.
