Please answer emails

It would be appreciated that when you do email answerbank with a query that they do email back, i have emailed three times (the first one was answered and a reply was sent back) and have not had a response back since the first one, I was having problems by not being able  posting answers or to submit questions, but thankfully this is now sorted due to the help of a friend and not anyone from answerbank.

dragonfly - emails are answered as quickly as possible. Sorry if, sometimes, that isn't quickly enough.

I've recently been having similar problems of not being able to post answers or submit questions. What did you do to rectify the situation?

I deleted all cookies and files in internet options and that seemed to work for me, hope it helps you Tefler .
