Snow Problem!
36 Answers
Hello folks!
Just a quick one to let you know that the lack of editorial presence this week has been down to the copious amounts of snow we've had
I'm back in the office today, so I'll get through all of your emails and then hopefully put up a blog later.
I hope the weather didn't effect you all too badly, and that you all had a fantastically snowy - yet safe - few days!

You're all softies these days, when I was younger we had to plod through snow, ice earthquakes you name it, we had to plod through it to get to school/work, no excuses in those days and loos were outside in a shed, and the teachers had to break the water before we could go, imagine what that did to our poor tender little bottoms!!! So there is NO excuse.
Let me know if it's a problem next time Ed... I've been led to believe you're not far from where I work and since I made it to work all last week I'd be more than happy to pop in and make sure someone is there to ensure you have 'steady access.' I wouldn't want you getting bored while stuck at home.
Remote access? Try this
http://www.logmein.com
There's a free version, and in fullscreen mode you can really believe you are sitting in front of the remote pc. The main s/w installs on the remote pc, and to access from home you need only the web browser.

No excuse .Copious amounts of snow ?.Has it really been snowing since your last blog way back in the middle of January ? By my reckoning we have had snow for about a week and in my day you had to make an effort to get to work snow or no snow .
Your IP changes too much ? What have you got ... a bouncing laptop .For goodness sake we are not that daft .
This site is working on half power.
We get white pages. It jitters .Slow to load .It times out just as you submit .You cannot access anything (profiles and Q's answered.)...and so on
