my friend has set up and AB acc but hasnt received a 'welcome email', so when she signs in she is told she needs to activate this email to be able to post on here. she has sent a couple of emails to the technical team but still no reply. so what we need to know is, how can this be sorted asap???!!!
as he does all direct response emails MWB but if you had read the question and the polite informative responses you would realise that ladypink was referring to the welcomne email which is of course an automated response as opposed to a personal reply from the ed.
