I did that Panic but now don't like it but can't work out how to get them back?

Go to Tools / Adblock plus preferences

under 'My Adblocking Rules' untick the answerbank/images/avatar

I can get rid of them but i didn;t because i wasn't sure i could get them back, i couldn't see the adblock thing in my firefox tools

Dot, you have to download Adblock. It's in Tools / Add ons

Did you ever see them?

Adblock will only be blocking them if you told it to.
