Another problem with AB??

Whenever I am on AB, I get a mini -message- in- a--box from IE saying 'there was a problem with the request' . This first happened a week or so ago-whenever I refreshed the 'recent posts' box -now it is becoming constant. Has anyone else had this problem???

Yes all last evening it pinged up and was very annoying, so far so good today.

yes, same here...it seems to happen when you've left a particular page/question open for a few minutes.
Very slow on here today on my computer, I have to keep going out the side door & coming back in the front! :o)

I also keep getting the page timing out
Interney Explorer cannot display the requested page.
Very annoying when you are trying to post aanswer.

when I click on a thread to view/post an answer, more often than not I'm getting a white screen after it's loaded :(
(well the screen would be white if I cleaned the monitor)

Yes, I have had the same thing pop up on my screen, and it has been doing so constantly for 2 days now.

Also, I keep getting, "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page".

Ironically, it happened just now when I first tried to submit this post.

Well AB Ed did state yesterday that the Latest Posts would once again auto-refresh...

therefore what was an intermittent (and manually initiated) problem has now become more frequent and automatic.

Well....I have just returned from a few hours out....and the problem remains....AND the Recent Posts box has been stolen!! I think the Ed and techies are not on the ball today..

Are you sure the problem remains pastafreak?

I have found the site much faster and no error messages since the 'latest posts' pod and the adverts all disappeared.

The only messages I am getting now are for an older post I still have open in a different tab.
