Dear AnswerBank,

We are currently experiencing some turbulence - transmission will resume shortly!

The techies have explained it is no the bottlenecking problem of previous weeks but a "network" problem - assume this means there is an issue with the way the site is connecting to the server. They are currently working as quickly as they possibly can to sort this out!

Please bear with us - we have been making improvements to the site for the last few weeks and it may just be that someone left a spanner in there somewhere!
