Answerbank account no longer active?

My friend wants to post in her existing thread but getting messages that her account is no longer active.

Cannot register again as messages say her usename is taken.

No reply from emails sent to "Contact us" asking for re-activation.

What to do please?

Cannot do that as the message says the email address is already registered.

She wants to reactivate her account.

How to do that?

a whole new email address - no problem in setting up as zyxlziz@gmail, or whatever - then a whole new user name. That's how trolls get themselves multiple user names here.

Or she could just email the Ed, on the 'Contact us' link at the bottom of each page.

Can she get into My Profile and Edit User Details? If so, is there something on there that explains things? Anyway she could then change the email address for her old account to any old email address. She'll then be able to set up a new ID with her normal email address.
However emailing the Ed will be better as that should allow her to keep her existing ID.
