Hi Samurite I'm with Virgin and from May 1st for almost 4 weeks I had a problem getting broadband and they said they were fixing it. In the end I got a full refund on my broadband payment for the month. Hope you get back to normal pdq.
Hi (or should it be Hey!) Jude .. I've just spoken to Virgin again and been told it should be back up and running by 8pm!
Will just have to wait and see now.
