Afternoon everyone,

I'd just like to ask our regular tech-guru's what questions they find themselves answering the most?

While we know you're willing to help (why else would you be here!) I thought we could put together an FAQ for you with a handy (easy to remember url) which can be passed around by everyone (not just those who know their stuff).

For those who are not wise on this subject, this might be an opportunity to say thanks to the helpful souls who get us through out technical woes day to day.

1 - I got an email from a Nigerian president/lottery win etc. Is it genuine. Ans. NO

2 - I appear to have sent loads of emails to people. - CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

3 - I got a chain mail telling me to FORWARD IT TO ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!11111 - delete it

oh and it's 'a' FAQ as the letter 'F' is a consonant not a vowel.

It is pronounced "eff -ay-cue" and so starts with a vowel sound.

But *a FAQ* feels clumsy because to describe the letter F one has to begin with a 'e' sound which IS a vowel...........

thing is, the ed has posted all those other helpful thins in the blog and suggestions, but i bet noone reads them as they look too wordy
