The new Lee Child book

I have recently read Lee Child's latest offering 'The Wanted Man' and I have to say that I think that the author is just as disappointed with the choice of Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher as the rest of us! He seems to go out of his way to emphasize just how big Reacher is in every single chapter!

I have read all Lee Childs books now except this recent one, but I could not believe who was chosen to play Jack Reacher. Tom Cruise could not be any further away from his character, what on earth were they thinking? I would think Lee Child would have had a say in the choice though I think a big hunkier unknown would have been better.
