The swedes for the neeps, they are easy enough and so the white onion sauce once you have your roux well-established - and I always use a full-fat milk for this.
I was mooching around looking for the tart recipe and came across a cake recipe too, they both look delicious, as does the cheesecake. I think I'll start with just cranachan first as I'm not much of a baker. Going to wait for the Scottish raspberry season đđŤđ(there's no emoji for a raspberry)đ
interestingly, Sainsbury's show they have haggis on their website but when I'm logged in to do my shop, it doesn't show, just black pud. I bet Costco will have taken it off the shelves now too, the one I've bought there in the past is really, really nice.
