Remember the title?

Hey all, i am having trouble remembering the title of a book I read when I was younger. It was about a card game and when you played what happened in the game happened in real life. (not like jumangi) You havd to move from outter circles to inner circles etc...let me know if anyone remembers!

That book is called "Interstellar Pig" it's by William Sleator!!! It is a really good book!!!
