has anyone read this book?

i read a book called 'a million little pieces' by james frey a couple of weeks ago, about a young guy addicted to drugs and alcohol and the narrator in the story is also called james...... i was wondering if this book is infact based on a true life story or is it just a work of fiction?

Hi Blu,

I read this book before it came out that he made up parts of it, therefore making it fiction rather than a memoir. I liked it, and even if it is partially made up, it was till a decent read. Different than my usual reads.
