Billie Piper question

In Dr Who last night it seemed Bllie Piper could barely speak, as if her mouth had been frozen and had a terrible lisp. Does anyone know what she's had done to cause this?

There have been a lot of discussions about it. Suggestions include extensive dental work, mouth ulcers, tongue piercing, nerves.

Hopefully now she's been seen (heard) struggling to speak the press will find a way to get to the truth behind it and we'll find out what's really happened.

Someone says on another forum she has just had her teeth straightened (no reference given). I'd sue if I was her... And how did they get them so big as well?
