Charlottes teacher asks the question "What is the capital of .................?" to which Charlottes replies "Wilbur". Does anyone know which country she says? 9yo wants to know the capital to win a housepoint at school but can't remember the country so I can't help her!!

The text says that Wilbur in the capital of Pennsylvania, but that's because Fern is daydreaming:
She was still thinking about the pig when the teacher said: "Fern, what is the capital of Pennsylvania?"

"Wilbur," replied Fern, dreamily. The pupils giggled. Fern blushed.


The capital in the state of Pennsylvania is Harrisburg if that helps?
