looking for a book????

so about a year ago i read an expert out of a book but i never wrote down the title or the author which now i regret because the book is stuck in my head and i really want to read it. so this is all i know these two guys i am pretty sure they were brothers were pursuing a girl. in the expert i read the two guys were going up in an elvator and went to the place where the girl was staying. also the girl was no stranger to them all three of them already knew each other. now i know thats not a lot to go on but i am hoping i might get lucky and someone will know this book.
