I'd suggest instead that you get yourself a good grammar/letter-writing book and a word-processor that has the option to use British English. Once you've written your own letters a few times you'll understand how to do them and won't be forever relying on a piece of software to do them for you.

Some caligraphy sets from stationers are quite cheap these days. An italic style fountain pen is a start.
