To start the ball rolling, mine:

1) any live solo Elliott Smith set
2) Bob Dylan live at the philharmonic Hall (1964)
3) Evan Dando live at the Brattle Theatre (2001)

U2 (pants now, but put on a hell of a show 10 years ago)
