Live music in Brighton

I'm of to Brighton in a few weeks with my wife and we are both enjoy seeing local live bands.

We fancy seeing rock based accoustic sets primarily, but any live rock/indie would be good.

Sunday lunch live folk would be good as well.

Has anyone got any suggestions for venues that are worth looking out for.
