Lacrosse World Cup 2013 - Day 8

So, here we are guys ... into the seeded "Championship Bracket"
Basically, this is the knockout stage of the World Cup tournament.
England are seeded 4, behind the US, Canada and Australia.
Our first Quarter Final game is against the winner of Wales v Austria. I think we can beat either of those teams, so I fancy us for a place in the Semis.
Assuming we do make the Semis, we will play the the surviving team out of Haudenosaunee, Israel, and the US. So that will be the US, then.
If we make the Final (!) then it's almost certain to be a Final against Canada.
If we don't make the Final, we will play in the Bronze Medal game against the surviving team out of Australia, Japan, and Ireland. That ought to be Australia. But, as I've said before, Japan are shaping up as a bit of a dark horse. And nobody should ever write off Ireland. So actually, that part of the table is pretty wide open.
Let's try a quick prediction. My heart says England can pull one out of the bag against the US. But my head says the US are too strong. I'm guessing ...
Final ... Canada v US
Bronze game ... England v Australia
They would both be storming games. England v Oz is great in any sport.
And Canada want SOOOO much to win this tournament at home, they will give the US one heck of a game.
If that is the Final, it will be one of the best sports games ever to be not shown on the BBC.
