Title Of A Book I Can't Remember

I read a book about 3 years ago about this teenage girl who travelled around a lot in Europe and drank all the time till she would blackout. There was a man whom she kept seeing out and they started travelling together. They travelled to cinque terre in italy and stayed in a lover's resort and fell in love. If anyone could tell me the title or the author of this book it would be wonderful as i really want to read it again
