Does anyone have any ideas on the following last lines?

1 There will now be one minute's silence for our departed friend
2 Do you remember the other ambulance and I said it should have been me. I wish it had been.
3 The only legacy the Frankie left him---Love for his friends
4 You mean I was set up? That's right, Sam. Now come on. Get in the car.

I will be eternally grateful for being put out of my misery.
