Well of course it's going to melt, I should imagine that it's a few degrees warmer outside the Tate than it is in a fjord in Greenland.
Same sort of art as the house brick thing to me.

I wouldn't actually call it art, but it is interesting.
It is thought provoking.
And how many already knew that Ice makes a noise as it melts.
