Mrs B challenges me to come up with a Philip Larkin poem which is happy, full of fun.

I love Larkin, with his insights into life’s misery, but can’t think of any of his poems that fit the bill.

Anyone know any?

An Arundel Tomb always strikes me as upbeat, though not, I suppose, a bundle of laughs.
This is quite jolly:

Administration

Day by day your estimation clocks up
Who deserves a smile and who a frown,
And girls you have to tell to pull their socks up
Are those whose pants you'd most like to pull down.
