Who is with me that Sirius Black is going to come back in the last book?
I know it should really go in literature but will be eventually made into a film!
Anyway, I think he is just ripe to come back, we never had proof that he is dead and surely it's just too mean to kill him off?!!

no i cant see how he could come back, and he would be the rotter if he were alive all the time while harry was going through hell, with voldermort after him all the time, dumbledores death, not to mention the horrible dursleys.

My opinion is that Sirius IS dead, however, Dumbledore is still alive.

There are lots of evidence in the books supporting this...here are a few:

1) Snape did not kill him. Or even attempt to. Snape is on dumbledore's side all along. Dumbledore made snape pretend to kill him, so as the death eaters and voldemort believe he is dead.

2) Every other time the killing curse has been used, the body has just flopped the floor. With dumbledore, he goes flying across the room.

3) Imagine for a moment that dumbledore planned his fake "murder" with snape over a year before it happened. We all know that no DADA teacher has lasted more than a year, and that is why dumbledore has never chose Snape for the job: he doesn't want to lose snape. However, dumbledore knows that if it looks like snape has killed dumbledore, snape must leave, so dumbledore decided to give Snape the subject to teach.

Maybe he just hasn't been able to get back yet from behind the veil?!!
Oh I do hope he comes back...Harry would be soooo pleased!!

But they buried Dumbledores body did they not?
I do believe that Snape is good after all that has happened but I think old Albus was dying anyway...his withered hand..and convinced Snape to kill him...thats what they were arguing about.. and its just to make the death eaters and Voldemort convinced he is truly on their side.

I have pondered this, I mean its not like sirius is dead dead. I think it could happen because it was such a mysterious indefinite death it could be easily believed. However to bring Dumbledore back would take a lot of convincong, we actually were taken through grieving for him. I was had a lump in my throat for the reat of the day. sigh..

I think he's dead and not coming back, however, if you remember at the end of the last book the Horcrux (sp?) isn't the real thing and there is a note with R.*.B (can't remember if there was another initial. In the fifth book there is a locket in the house of black which they throw out or somthing when cleaning up the house. Sirius had a brother called Regulus so he is probably R.B meaning that he is going to come into the last book
