Can anyone tell me the artist of the dogs playing cards round a table they are dressed what looks like Red Hunting Coats

No I am sorry it is not that one. The one what I am looking for is the one with the scarlet coats which look like hunting coats if that is any help

You could try Louis Waine. He is best known for cat pictures but I think he did other animals including dogs.
