Making a Book

Hey folks, this is a strange idea so please don't laugh!

This christmas I want to get a very special friend of mine a unique present, I want to write a story and then make it into a little hardback book.

Im not after multi-million pound graphics or a 1000 page novel, just a few little pages with a short dedication verse at the front. Does anyone know of a company who could mount it into a hardback if I supplied all of the literature etc?

i know you can get these personalized stry books for kids with their name on every page , and they mention the childs friends, where they live and so on, but dont know if you could do something for adults, sorry, would imagine what you're planning would cost a small fortune, sorry i cant help.

I should warn you, though, that you're leaving it a little late if you want this done for Christmas.

Almost every large city especially ones with universities will have a book binders. Some universities even have their own binding department.
They will do it for you and at this time of year shouldnt take long (no dissertations to bind).
It can be quite expensive but is a lovely idea.
Look up book binders in the phone book or contact your nearest university.
