Dr Pamela Stephenson Connolly. Billy is Billy Connolly, the comedian.

In fact they are both Doctors - Pamela Stephenson is a psychologist, and therefore highly qualified to write about her husband/ Billy was awarded an honorary degree - much to his wife's disgust! As she said, she studied for seven years to get letters after her name, all he had to do was be funny!
