This was asked a couple of weeks ago - presumably by someone else doing the same quiz - and elicited no replies. Trying various approaches on the Google search-engine appears to produce nothing of relevance either. Sorry, but an answer seems to be unfindable, Jules, unless you're lucky enough to find someone who's actually read the book!
