Wallace Nutting

I have two pictures which are black and white photos which have been coloured by hand. They are called Bay Road and A Gettysburg Crossing and the signature on the mount is Wallace Nutting. Can anyone tell me anything about them please?

thank you for that shaney. I had Googled Wallace Nutting about four years ago but didn't find much - mind you with the old computer I found lots of sites didn't open and those that did had things in them that wouldn't open or take half an hour so to do!!! When I looked at the pictures the other day this time I thought of AB! That site has been around since 1996. Now I shall devour it!! Thanks again - you ubiquitous one!! D xx :O)
