I would suggest you actually sit down and start writing it. If you don't know how, get yourself on to a writing course or, if you can't do that, get signed up with Writers' Dock (http://www.writersdock.org) and take advice from the good people there.
Good luck.

There is a special way of writing scripts. It certainly isn't easy...it will take time...and there is no guarantee it will ever get read, let alone put into production. Here are my tips: (1) Go to the library/bookshop (or, if you must, the internet) and get one of the many good books available that tell you how to write and sell screenplays. (Agents won't even look at it if it's not formatted correctly). (2) Go to the library and check out other published screenplays. It's useful to see how actual film scripts from real films are written. (3) There are various courses available for screenwriters that can help you refine your ideas into a proper script.
Good luck.
