Liquid Beads?

I don't really know how to describe this product. Rather than sewing beads on by hand, is there something in a squeezy bottle that could be applied in small blobs on a fabric? The finished item won't be washed

I am sure there is someone out there that knows the answer.

Many Thanks, I googled liquid beads but the results showed the glass type.
