I tried it years ago and to be honest I didn`t notice any difference even though people have always raved about it. I think it claimed to tighten up the skin but I wouldn`t say it evens out anything. You would probably be better off with a tinted moisuriser if you want to have a glow without make up.
My friend uses it and loves it, certainly I think there's a difference when she has it on... Unfortunately I'm not entirely sure what it is exactly for me to really understand what that difference is!
I would go for a tinted moisturizer too. You can get some good ones that are not too expensive. Olay do one with a touch of Max Factor foundation in it.
I love it but use it very sparingly. I got some free and some more discounted at a Clarins event quite some time ago and it has really lasted although I only use it for special nights out really.

I find it realy refreshing and is lovely to give your skin a boost especially when I'm reapplying make up between day and evening.

The staff on the counters are normally really helpful so you could always go and see if they have a trial size or if they have some they can try on you to see how it suits your skin.

agree try to get a sample. I bought it a few years ago and on me all it did was make my face tingly and look like I'd done a 5 mile jog. Never got it again but it is a classic so it must be great for some people.
I got a free sample of this years ago and it just made me look flush all the time. I have a very greasy t-zone but very dry cheeks. Nothing seems to work on my skin.
I think it's wonderful, not cheap, but it goes a long way.I would not be without it.
It's fantastic. Wouldn't be without it. Expensive but worth every penny.

(If you go abroad, stock up at the airport, it's slightly cheaper).
I work for Clarins - Try complexion perfector if you want to even the tone of your skin & have a nice healthy glow. There are afew different shades depending on your colouring. Or like others have said ask for a sample of beauty flash. Im combination & find its not quite right for me, so defo try before you buy.
I love it, but am loathe to pay out for it these days.

Having said that, perhaps I'll treat myself again. I used to use it every day when I worked.

I have let myself go!!

I recommended it to my friend and it made her face burn and go tingly. Strange, because I am the one with the sensitive skin!!
I love it, but never pay full price - I stock up when I travel.

Lottie - your skin must be weatherbeaten, being out in the turnip fields all day
Marks and Spencer do a product almost exactly the same for a fraction of the price in their range.
Yep, all leathery and orangy brown and loads of wrinkles.

Apart from M&S which Horselady mentions, are there any other alternatives that are cheaper? I'm going to look for the M&S one but I'd like to know of others if there are any.
Superdrug do one called Natural High Radiance Balm .£3.99 and just as good if not better than the Clarins one which brought me out in red blotches .
Oooo oooo thats within my price range Shaney! Thanks :o)
