Has anyone got a home remedy to get rid of a skin tag

Treat a skin tag by tying it off with dental floss. It kills the skin tag by temporarily blocking blood flow. Use a piece of dental floss and tie around skin tag and pull on it, little by little each day. After a day, you should begin to notice the complexion of your tag changing. After several days, it should dry up entirely and fall off.
Not usually recommended as it can cause some skin discolouration or leave a scar.

I had several skin tags around my neck and had them removed at my doctor's surgery. Very simple and painless procedure.

Our labrador had a skin tag on her cheek. We tied it tightly around the base with black thread. Dropped off after a few days and must have gone up the vacuum!

I wouldn't do the litigation treatment on pets, I would want the tag checked out by the vet to be sure it was just a tag, also it can be sore which is not fair on the dog

Border collie and yes vet confirmed its a skin tag will olive oil or cider vinegar do anything

no. What did the vet say? If its only a skin tag and isn't bothering the dog, then leave it alone, if its bleeding or bothering the dog, then, again, what did the vet say?

MY DOG HAS HAD FLEAS FOR OVER 4 MONTHS I GOT SOME FLEA TREATMENT FROM THE VET( 9 NOT FRONTLINE )USED THE WHOLE TREATMENT AND SHE STILL HAS THEM SO I GOT FRONTLINE HAVE USED 1 SACHET OVER A WEEK AGO AND SHE'S STILL GOT THEM DO YOU THINK SHE'S IMMUNE TO FLEA TREATMENT. THANKS FOR ANY REPLYS

Try dabbing clear nail varnish on it - it worked for one on my eyelid - it went black and fell off in a couple of days. It suffocates the skin tag and it dies.
