My hair has always been a very light blonde, I thought, for a change I would get some lowlights, it's a bit on the dark side for me now, how can I get it to lighten up without dyeing it again?

I have got some of the silver shampoo I will give it a try, I would of liked it to be a bit lighter really though, the lowlights are quite dark
