Has anyone any recommendations for a decent pair of men's wellington boots. Son previously had a pair of dedito boots but they didn't last 3 months. They are needed for long walks with dog in muddy conditions, so they also need to be comfortable

Do you have a local farmer's shop. They usually have all sorts of tough gear. It lasts for ages.
I have always found Dunlop ones to be quite good.

thank you all for your suggestions
A few years ago, I was in the same boat, I just couldn't find a decent pair anywhere, that was until I asked on here, and someone on AB suggested that I look for them in a fishing tackle shop, so that was what I did.
I dont know the name but the're made in Poland, and very light weight.

Have a read of the reviews as it appears that the sizing may have changed since I got mine.
Beware of Dunlop. They might be good boots, but few people are aware that the Dunlop trading name has been bought by Sports Direct.
