you can only lose fat from the last place it was deposited - fat is predominately lost through aerobic exercise (running and cycling etc) so i would suggest that it is an aerobic exercise program you need to be looking into - good luck
lol larkin !:-) The rest of me's ok cos i do exercises e.g. for thighs, legs, arms, belly. But i don't know any exercises for my face so it just stays chubby!
use bronzer along the bottom of your jaw line and under your chin along with the area that should be the hollow of your cheeks. this creates a shadow and minimises the look of a chin. maybe not your exact role model but if you notice Boy George exaggerates this look when he spray paints his entire neck!!
I think the only answer is that you will have to lose weight overall When you diet, fat slowly burns off all areas of your body, including your face.
Have you ever noticed how somebody who is very ill often has a face which is also gaunt and thin? This is fat coming off all areas of the body.
So, no easy ways for spot reduction I'm afraid.
Unfortunately there is no such thing as spot reduction. You have to lose weight generally. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well. http://www.themoviestardiet.com
