Hey,
I find liquid eyeliner is pretty smudge proof... but if you prefer using a khol pencil try applying a small amount of eyeshadow over the top of the line to seal it and stop it running!
Someone also once recommended closing your eyes and spraying a light mist of hairspray over your face to give your make-up added wear...... be careful not to get it in your eyes though!!
Hope this helps

Benefit cosmetics consessions in most department stores - they definitely have them in Debenhams but I've just had a look at the website: www.benefitcosmetics.co.uk & ...........horrors...it looks like they might have discontinued it! (Unless it's not available on website).
Otherwise, No.7 do a little pot of liquid eyeliner which has a tiny brush that makes it much easier to paint on and it's quite quick-drying.
Good luck!
