Bit of a weird question but.. does anyone know how you can get your nails to grow quicker ? Mine don't seem to grow much at all and I'm getting sick of it.. !

holland and barratt do a fantastic 'hair skin and nails formula'. i got it... it made everything stronger and healthier...and my nails grew quicker! about a month ago it was in the sale but not sure now. check it out anyway!

Ive just found this and i read about it on other web pages
Yours hands and breath will smell though

believe it or not....
i crushed garlic and place it on my finger nails...

it will make your nails thick, strong and grow longer...
trust me, it works..

Doing massages makes them grow fast! I have just started training for a qualification and it is really working! I use Almond oil for my massages, 2-3 times a week.

I heard that eating raw jelly cubes is really good for helping your nails grow! Dunno if its an old wives tale though?

when I take Brewers Yeast tablets regulary from Hallond and Barratt, I find my nails grow really quickly.
