Hi all, I'm not really sure if this question belongs on here but I'm completely lost! I'm a 20 year old woman with a serious complex about my legs, I have always been able to gain muscle mass very quickly and my legs are the worst culprit, I think they look unsightly, I have bulges of muscle and due to this I don't have the confidence to wear skirts or even cropped trousers as it affects both my calf and thigh. I can't seem to find anything to help me, only products designed to increase muscle mass and that's the last thing I want! I'm not an overly energetic person and rarely exercise so I don't increase the muscle but I want to lose weight from the rest of my body and can't do it without exercise! Please help!
there are streches that are made to elongate the legs. i have massive muscle in my legs also for ice skating wen i was younger but i'm not really bothered bout em cos no one looks at beyonces legs and thinks there too big cos she got big muscles so i have no probs. what you need to do is eat healthily and do cardiovascular exercise (gently running or paced long strided walking) to reduce the muscle mass, try lunges with light weights.
