Hormonal Spots

These are the only type of spots that I suffer from these days and usually get two or three a week before my period. Can anyone advise me how I can stop these? Im 33 years old

I am exactly the same wisewoman (Im 41) until I was in my 30's I never had a problem with spots at all. I tried all sorts of stuff and finally stuck with neutragena visibily clear products. They have a range of different face washes, all good and their visibily clear rapid clear treatment for spots is really good.

I actually use Dermalogica which is absolutly great. I dont think changing products would work as I have tried this in the past. I am on the pill (Mercilon) so would have hoped that this would eliminate them.

I've found that taking high strength Evening Primrose capsules each day keeps most spots at bay. I used to get a few on my chin at the same time of the month and now I rarely get any since taking it.
