The hair should grow back itself. If you want to speed up the process there is really little you can do I'm afraid. Diet, as with all of the body, can help the quality of the hair but not significantly the speed at which it grows. Gently massaging the head can stimulate blood flow in the scalp which can speed up hair regrowth - and can be very relaxing! The worst thing to do if you are worried it is not growing back is to worry! Worrying can inhibit growth and even cause hair not to grow at all. Stress is not good! If you are worried skip the hairdressers unless you know they really know their stuff. Better to make an appointment with your GP if nothing has grown back and he'll either put your mind at ease or tell you how improve the situation. Hope that helps! Chris
