It's just long, layered hair, possibly with a few extensions, pulled into a ponytail and separated with some wax!

I agree with chazza, it's about having the layers to start with in your hair...if yours is all one length it won't look the same.

teas the hair with a comb and then put it in a ponytail

loads of layers. straighten your hair. then put it in a ponytail. voila!
