both in one counteracts the conditioning. Conditioner is a cream that nourishes dry hair and if you shampoo it out the purpose is lost. Buy to use separately.

For natural unprocessed hair any Boots products would suit; permed/colored hair requires professional products, L'Oreal/Tigi etc.

I used to use it after the gym and the best one I found was the Herbal Essences one

dont do it, its like putting oil & water on your hair together. All in Ones are banned in some US states I have been told and a friend went to a really good West End stylist, they tested her hair for a perm and told her to stop using 2 in 1, and come back in 6 weeks when all the residue would be out. Only use in an emergency.
