Dont overtreat your skin. If you use harsh products you will encourage your skin to produce more oil, and make it worse. You must treat skin with Acne as you would skin that is sensitive. If you want to buy a 'gadget' you could probably get one from a Beauty Therapy supply company which you could find through google. Clinique sell some wonderful products for problems such as this. Not cheap but you have probably already spend a fortune on rubbish products so far anyway! Hope this helps.
